This week the Library of Congress introduced the addition of greater than 4,000 new major supply paperwork to the By the Individuals web site. These major sources are all letters, notes, and manuscripts written by Walt Whitman.
The aim of the By the Individuals challenge is to enlist the assistance of the general public to transcribe 1000’s of major supply paperwork which can be housed by and have been scanned by the Library of Congress.
